Lighthouse Consulting Services, LLC (LSC) since 1994 has provided
in-depth work style assessments to students, individuals and companies
across the country and the world. LCS utilizes an in-depth
tool that identifies: how individuals problem solve, deal with stress,
leadership style, communication style, career ideas, as well as, other
things to be aware of within one’s personality.
Our
program includes:
- Your personality assessment with
in-depth analysis and commentary regarding your results
- Tips on developing your
strengths, as well as, ways to improve upon any potential weaknesses
- Discussion and follow-up with a Professional Career Guidance Consultant
